During this offline period, we will be adding to the NYRS Reports menu. After this release, the following data check reports will be available for NYRS:<br /><br />-Students Missing Key Demographics<br />-Students with Invalid Enrollment<br />-Students with Invalid Test Scores<br />-Students without Pre-tests<br />-Students with Non-Matching Funding Source<br />-Students without Post-tests<br />-Students Enrolled not Counted<br />-Student Assessment and Attendance<br />-Students Moving/Not Moving to Higher Level<br />-ALE Outcome Survey Tool<br />&nbsp;<br />Please be sure to view our Release Notes after our maintenance period has ended. These exited <strong>NYRS POP </strong>students will require <strong>one</strong> employment follow-up: 2nd Quarter after Exit.<br /><strong>Please note:</strong><ol><li>Student follow-up is based on the student&rsquo;s <strong>exit date and exit quarter</strong>. It is <strong><u>not</u></strong> a set time during the fiscal year.
